Dynamic Deep Tissue Stretch Massage
❊ About the Experience ❊
creative ❊ intuitive ❊ effectiveAt Vita Nova Bodywork, which translates to "New Life," I offer a deep full-body fusion massage experience for clients wanting pain relief while feeling at home in their bodies. I have created a very unique style of massage where I use my legs as much as my arms which allows me to simultaneously massage different areas of the body. I may sit, lean, and get over and under my clients for a lovely combination of movement, stretching, and massaging. All of which helps to integrate the nervous system with my soft tissue work. I also check in and inform my clients throughout their sessions to make sure that they are comfortable.
The work is slow and involves close contact with the therapist as they move the client into various planes and holds for melting deep tissue work and stretching. Draping, specialized cushions, and massage technique modifications are always available and customizable to ensure every client is comfortable.
90-Minute Sessions- $200 are great for a whole-body flow or focus on 2-3 treatment spots with a whole-body buff.
120-Minute Sessions- $250 are the most popular as they allow the whole-body to be massaged and address any chronic tension.
180-Minute Sessions- $400 are ideal for athletes needing recovery, travelers visiting, or clients needing occasional bodywork to majorly decompress their nervous system.
❊ The Process ❊
I: Review the Offering
Look over the description and the listed modalities to ensure you're able to fully receive the work. The session can always be modified for certain health conditions. The therapist will not force a stretch or apply deep pressure in a way that harms the client.
II: Book Your Day
Select a time that gives you space to be fully present. My booking system provides flexibility—choose a slot that allows for focused work without rushing. Plan your time so you can arrive relaxed and ready to engage with the treatment.
III: Personalize Your Session
Use the notes section or intake form to let me know any areas of tension, prior injuries, or specific goals for your session. This input helps shape a treatment that’s responsive and aligned with what your body actually needs—supporting clarity, comfort, and effective results.
IV: Next Steps
Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the session details. If you have any questions or issues with the booking system, feel free to reach out. Otherwise, I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve lasting results.
Modalities I Integrate
-
Warm oil is first applied with Swedish glides, followed by kneading to gently warm up the tissue and nervous system. Along with gentle stretches, knuckles, elbows, and forearms are used to gradually increase pressure, helping to release knots of tension and stress. Trigger point therapy is also applied to address troublesome spots and further alleviate discomfort. Ideal for clients wanting to fall sleep while unwinding all their tension and stress.
Please note: Massages, especially deep tissue treatments, do not need to be painful to be effective. If you're flinching through the pain, it can lead to muscle guarding, which is counterproductive. There’s no studies showing that aggressive treatments are more effective. I prefer to work deeply yet gently. All massage styles engage the nervous system through touch, and some clients respond better to lighter pressure, while others benefit from deeper or slower work. A combination of techniques is often preferred by most. -
Barefoot massage, believed to have originated in India, has evolved through Asia and beyond before being introduced to the Western world as Ashiatsu. In this unique technique, the therapist uses overhead bars for support while delivering the massage with their feet. This method provides broad, fluid contact that glides effortlessly over bony areas like the spine, while effectively targeting the surrounding tissues. The therapist also leans back on a silk strap to access different angles of the muscles with their feet. In this fusion approach, Ashiatsu is combined with Swedish and deep tissue techniques, Latin-Thai massage, hot towels, cupping, and hot stones to enhance the warm-up, full-body relaxation, and treat specific areas. Trigger point therapy, using either the therapist’s feet or hands, is also applied to address troublesome spots and alleviate discomfort. The therapist’s arms, feet, bars, massage table, and floors are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each session.

LV7 Sports Wellness Method —
Created by one of my favorite teachers and world massage champion Luisa Vargas, this style blends deep tissue massage with Thai-inspired techniques, using the therapist’s thighs and knees to apply broad, supportive pressure and facilitate movement. It’s strong, fluid work that allows for both depth and flow. This modality is best suited for multi-dimensional sheet draping, which offers a full canvas to move across the body without interruption. Sessions are deeply connected and can involve close contact—the therapist may sit, kneel, stand over, or occasionally work beneath the client. Because of the nature of the work, clear communication is essential. Written and verbal consent are always part of the process so we can stay fully aligned with your comfort and boundaries.
