TOOL FUSION
A plethora of cups and hot stones are used for a relaxing yet intensive full-body treatment. Ideal for clients with a high pain tolerance, significant tension, and those looking to deeply relax or event want to fall asleep. After a general Swedish Deep Tissue and hot stone warm-up, Cups are placed on one side of the body while the other half is melted with hot stones, dynamic cupping fascia glides, Swedish kneading, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. The same approach is then applied to the other side of the body. The photos below were taken before I developed this fusion method. They offer a minimalist view of what the actual treatment entails.
Please note: Massages, especially deep tissue treatments, do not need to be painful to be effective. If you're flinching through the pain, it can lead to muscle guarding, which is counterproductive. There’s no studies showing that aggressive treatments are more effective. I prefer to work deeply yet gently. All massage styles engage the nervous system through touch, and some clients respond better to lighter pressure, while others benefit from deeper or slower work. A combination of techniques is often preferred by most.
